Maybe I should have checked the references of my contractor a little bit better. When his estimate said, “no strings attached”, I didn’t think it meant “all ropes attached” :-) Now that I think about it, though, I’ll definitely hire him again! A bustier, stockings and tied to a ladder, mmmm…
