Sandra is a thorough electrical inspector. She
failed a shoddy job and the contractor wanted to know why, so he asked
her to his office. But he had no intention of discussing it. when she
gets there, the curtains are drawn... On screen - He drags her into
the waiting room with a bandanna stuffed in her mouth covered with clear
tape! he then shows her his wiring skills by cruelly binding her wrists
and elbows with unforgiving copper wire and lineman's pliers! More wire
is added to her pantyhosed ankles and legs, then below her boobs! He
tears off her blouse, buttons flying everywhere! He cuts off her bra
and adds more tight wore above her breasts and over her upper arms!
