A little exercise...
I had been on vacation and needed to work off all the extra food I had consumed. I started a nice walk on the treadmill and turned it into a trotting jog. When my guy saw me working out he wanted to make sure that I was working extra hard. He tied a crotch rope on for pleasure and then tied my hands behind my back. Have you ever run without using your hands for balance, it is quite tricky. All my concentration went into me trying not to fall. Because I was complaining too much about it my guy gagged me to shut me up. I got my workout in though and it felt great!
